We would like to draw your attention to the Urban Greenhouse Challenge organized for the third time by Wageningen University & Research.
In this unique, multidisciplinary competition students are challenged to develop an urban farming site that significantly improves the quality of life of local residents in one of the most diverse lower-income neighbourhoods of Washington D.C. Participation in the Urban Greenhouse Challenge offers students the opportunity to develop their professional and entrepreneurial skills in a multidisciplinary environment, while being empowered to create change.
In previous challenges and events, contributions from the ELLS university students have always been very valuable. Unfortunately, for this edition, we have no participants from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague yet, what we think is a pity! It would be great to have some CZU students join the challenge!
